Pay older IRPEFS - How do I do this? Empty Pay older IRPEFS - How do I do this?

Hi everyone,

I really hope you can help me with something important. I am taking over the house, the store and because of this also the debts of my father in Italy. Now I found out he never paid the IRPEF for 2013 and 2014. I want to pay these as soon as possible to prevent further fines and increase, but how do I calculate the right amount, and where or how do I pay, considering the fact I'm not living in Italy myself? I have an Italian bank account.

The agenzia delle entrate site is not clear about it at all, and by phoning them I dont get much wiser either. I hope someone here can help.

Many thanks in advance!
Maria

By now you've missed the boat for 2013 so its worth waiting for the cartella to arrive which will also give you the option of paying in instalments.   For 2014, you should have submitted the Dichiarazione dei Redditi by last June - if it wasnt done, you need to get a commercialista on board, if it was, you could pay the year end, and avoid a small surcharge - otherwise wait for the cartella.
If you have a business you cant really do the tax return yourself, its worth paying (and is deductible) for a commercialista.

Many thanks! Lets wait for the cartella then.. Meanwhile I paid 2014, so thats of the table..

Another question: I would really like to receive all communications from both Agenzia delle Entrate and Equitalia (payments, cartelle, reminders, etc) digitally. In this case I dont depend on my old father in Italy who doesnt always forward me all the letters that are being sent to him, and therefore it happens a lot that the 'scadenza' passes and we get high fines.

Do you know if this is possible? I read about PEC, do I understand it correctly that its possible to get all communications through PEC? And if so, in which way do I let Agenzia delle Entrate and Equitalia know what my PEC address is?
