BARGAIN OF THE WEEK!!

We have "Tip of the Week" and so, I thought we should also have "Bargain of the Week".

It can be anything that you consider a BARGAIN.

I'll start it off with this one.. a house in a little place called Zungoli - which is near the town of Grottaminarda in the province of Avellino, Campania - a little over an hour east of Naples. A lovely area - very panoramic and well connected to the A16, making it easy to get wherever you want in Italia.

Anyway, I know the area very well and I think this house is an absolute steal at €40.000 (asking price) and €12,000 - €15,000 should see it done up to a good standard.  It has 8,000 sqm of land with olive and fruit trees.

I'm not putting the direct link in the post as I don't want to "advertise" the estate agency concerned, but if anyone is interested, just PM me and I'll give you the details.

By the way, it's not mine - nor anyone I know!  (Mine is a diamond encrusted villa hanging off a cliff on the Amalfi coast.)   

... well it looks superb for that price....

It really is a bargain and could look superb with a bit of good taste and imagination... and perhaps a bit more money to spend than 15,000€...
But I agree with you, a house with a terrace on the Amalfi Coast is a dream. Does not need to be diamond encrusted, though ...

€40000 and it's being sold with land attached....... Call me suspicious but what's wrong with it !!!
