Banco Posta

Post by Hazy on Thu Oct 10, 2013 6:22 am

I have a current account with the Banco Posta and have just got a letter from them asking me to call in so they can update their info on me.
Has anyone else gone through this? Are they looking for UK bank accounts? What other documents may they want so I can take them with me to save going back?
Any help much appreciated!Very Happy

We had one (special delivery) at the start of the year, but didn't really have a clue at the time what it was.... Went in to the Posta, signed a form and that was that. Saying that we also had with us our ID, passports and CF... Very Happy Very Happy

Same here - I went in today and they took details of my codice fiscale and residency again, signed the form and done deed. Goodness knows why though!

Having lived in Italy for a while myself Hazy - wasn't it always thus? Sad

My advice is to roll your eyes, shrug your shoulders, use the Italian expletive of your choice and move on.  Always works for me! Smile Smile
