About time in my opinion, the size of these ships is amazing and the damage they must do is immense. Anything that helps save that beautiful City from being washed away is a very necessary and long overdue.

So not a very significant reduction really.

Will it be first come first served?
Will there be application fees (nice little earner for Venice - or someone!)
