Very interesting article on the city of Matera.  For those who haven't been, I highly recommend a trip to this fascinating town.

If I am able to tomorrow, I will upload some more photos of Matera from our most recent trip this past fall.  In the meantime, if you haven't already, you might like to check out some of the other photos of the Basilicata that I posted in the Gallery Section.  It is a beautiful, wild region, where most of my husband's family comes from.
