A Victory for Common Sense
Undoubtedly a result and an indication that there is justice and common sense in the Italian legal system after all.
To my mind it was like jailing doctors for not predicting the exact moment when a patient would die of a heart attack or stroke.

True Ghiro, it was the most ridiculous Legal action ever. People wanted someone to blame after the catastrophe and a Witch Hunt ensued. How anyone could predict an earthquake with any reasonable success is beyond science at the moment.
