I suspect it means that the property is held in communion of goods between a husband and wife, but have to say its not something ive seen myself.  Can you give the context?

Had a quick look at our buying papers, but they are images, so can't search. Can't see "Communione Ordinaria", we bought joint and this may be a reference to this "tra loro coniugati in regime di comunione legale dei bene". Of which we were giving the English translation as "married to each other in joint financial status" . There is many a google result for this wording, but a number seem to indicate it does precede the main context as I think Modi is saying.

communion of goods is translation of coniugati in commione dei bene - the default status depending where you got married and what your nationality is.  Im assuming that this is what is meant by comunioni ordinaria as there is an 'elective communion of goods' too...

But it could also refer to an access road, a water cistern......

I've found a bit about communione ordinaria, here http://www.altalex.com/index.php?idnot=12866

(2nd paragraph talks about it, and distinguishes it from communione legale.)

Possibly the (unmarried) couple purchased 'jointly'', and thus the phrase enters the conveyance - is there a percentage mentioned? Likely will be 50% or 1/2.

La comunione ordinaria, invece, è un istituto che opera su un piano statico, in quanto attiene a diritti, che fanno già parte di un determinato patrimonio e si costituisce mediante un atto negoziale come un contratto o un testamento.

In fact - comunione ordinaria is the share of a 'bene' owned that is bought or inherited.   Simple eh?
