Something worth knowing about if it happens Abruzzolutely Post on driving change Would seem the vote is tomorrow and likely to be accepted. UK do not have to take part until May 2017, but assume Italy will do so earlier (May this year).

Thanks for that Steve, hope you don'tmind but I have copied the links and spread the word......many peeps I know, who do not have their cars registered anywhere are indeed treading on very thin ice !

And then there is this Italian proposal to ban smoking in cars. 
This seemed a good idea, since it would leave both hands free to play with the smartphone,  Very Happy  but it's only going to apply (if they pass the law) when there are children in the car.
