Milk Powder Empty Milk Powder

Has anyone seen it for sale here in Italy ?  I need it for yoghurt making and also for bread making.....I now have to rely on peeps from UK but it is bulky for hand luggage...Many thx.

Nope, not a thing I have come across in all my time here, though I would imagine there may be a 'Baby Milk' equivalent.

It is called "latte scremato in polvere". Two brands come to mind, Regilait (I think it comes from France) and Ristorante. Check with the chemist.
