That is really good !! I see where they are coming from.

Not a fan of the agencies anyway, being sued for 234 billion euros  !!

The legal people will want a cut I think !

I agree in that the rating agencies leave much to be desired and that their methods are being questioned.
One thing that kept me thinking is, that in the case of the richest people in the world, their net worth includes art collections and other assets of cultural-artistic value. They are assets, although... what price tag could we put on the Coliseum... or the Palazzo Vecchio... just to name a couple of examples amongst the more intangible ones. 
I feel that what is very important in this case, is that people are going to start putting more value into their heritage and that it may trigger projects and revenue creation around them. It will also promote the conservation and appreciation of those assets and Italy needs that.
