An Italian PO World Record?

I'm sure, like me, you've queued for hours to pay a bill in your local PO.  And, like me, you've been frustrated that just when you think you're nearing the front of the queue an accomplished Italian queue-jumper has managed to weasel their way in front of you at the last minute!  

Anyhow I received my TASI bill in the post a couple of weeks ago.  First installment to be paid by Sunday (31-07-16).  So I kept the bill, and €240 in cash, in the car.  And every time I drove past the PO I'd look to see what the queue was like.  Always huge!   

However, a couple of days ago, I drove past and there was only one customer and she was being served.  As I dashed in this one customer said 'Arrivederci' and, in a flash, I was there and paying my TASI.  20 Seconds at the very most!  

Surely an Italian PO World Record?!

I would call it a miracle...
