Trevor McD is wandering around the US meeting various old and oldish men. Some have done time and others are on witness protection programmes but all of them did very bad things in the past for the Mafia (which, we're told a number of times, is actually 'Cosa Nostra')!
Nothing new or remotely interesting (unless you've been living in a bubble for the last 50 years) except for one chap who told us he used to earn $10m A DAY!
