This isnt an article - a man who has been to Italy last week and therefore knows about the politics, but cant tell us anything because Renzi's not giving the details, so says there is a pact, which there isnt.

Considering that the PDL have now split into NCD and FI (if I've got Alfano's party's name right) then surely Berlusconi is no longer in charge of the second largest party in Italy but it would put M5S into that position!
