advice from Ligurians please

I have clients with a house in Marona, between La Spezia and Porto Venere.  Its a restored house in the centro storico with panoramic sea views.  Can anyone a) tell me what the market is like up there b) recommend a good estate agent and c) buy it?  Thanks!

Modicasa, in short;
a) Market depressed as everywhere in Italy, unless Luxury Market which is still unaffected.
b) Have no personal recommendations but know of someone who has dealt with 
Portovenere Immobili, in Porto Venere.
c) I wish ......

I should add that the area between Porto Venere and La Spezia is very much sought after. I don't know rhat particular town, but with sea views... sounds very appealing.
