20 room Tuscan Villa, was once home to poet Robert Browning for sale, reduced from £1.1m to £242,000!!
Are things really that bad? Article in the Daily Mail on Wednesday this week.
I would attach the article if I knew how to,but it does make interesting reading..whether it is true or just the usual Mail tosh,I'm not sure..Also,ancient 5 bedroom mill near Lucca reduced to £415,000.
Might do the Lotto tonight..

Typical Daily Mail overhyped article. Would maybe have 20 rooms if the other buildings were renovated. Certainly would not pay the price they are asking. Look at the pics and would you like to look out of the terrace to what the agents show!!!

Yes, Geo, that's the right one. I know it very well as I go past it almost every day. It needs a lot of work and it may have some problems regarding access and parking. Still, a very interesting project for someone with the right amount of money in the bank. I would be very happy if someone would buy the old lady and give her plenty of TLC

P.S. Here is some more information Browning's residence in Bagni
