an old green plastic chair blew over the other day and I was astonished to find it had transformed into a pile of shattered plastic daggers. The next person to sit in that chair could have found themselves lying on the ground with multiple stab wounds.  So - here's the tip. If you have old plastic chairs that have been out in the sun for a year or two a trip to riffiuti is needed.

Great advice Sagraiasoler, we've found the quality of these has become so poor over the last few years that they are simply not worth buying - "killing the golden goose" comes to mind on those making them...  Rolling Eyes  Rolling Eyes

Try and get Polyurethane base ones as they seem to weather better and don't shatter, we've had ours (left out in all weathers) for 4 years now and still solid and flexible.
