TELECOM ITALIA !!

My Italian language skills are somewhat embarrassing at times, but over recent years I have managed to get lots of things done, mainly successfully !

We use Tim Mobile and we use TI for our landline (for good or bad !)

I have always been easily able to access our accounts on line whenever needed, now I can only seem to be able to access the Tim Mobile account on line. I have a separate account and password the landline account and have used it many times, but now the revamped system keeps rejecting me !

I can still access the mobile account (same old userid and password), but not the landline (same old userid and password).

It is bound to be me to blame, am I missing something ?

Vicino I had to go in around the houses, but think this LINK (which you may now always need to use) will get you access (if you have not locked your account . I'm sure they will have told us when they said they were doing a re-badging  to "Tim" instead of "Telecom".

You need to login to Tim Fisso not Tim Mobile should be a login choice somewhere normally top righthand.

Yes you can access it via the Tim site it's >> "Mytim" top right (as Flip suggests), then a tab to the left of the login details with "MY TIM Fisso".

Well done folks, bleedin nuisance !!  Or is it me !

I'll try the options, hopefully without getting locked out !

I have to assume that I am locked out ! Been using the same blinkin login details for years with no trouble..................it's the dreaded 'friendly' call centre next !!!

Think I would try "Recuperala!" on the login screen first... It may also be that it's just a temp lock out.... Check for any email from them...
