Sweet Potato

Glad to see that Eurospin have now started to carry these over the last few months. Makes a pleasant change from the dry floury types, also the Tropea onions seem to be appearing more often in the shops, whereas they were not so visible before. .
Tried to get a 2/3kg red snapper from the local frozen fish shop, but not available. They are fantastic barbecued stuffed with rice and herbs etc as I used to cook them in Saudi Arabia. Did think more varieties of frozen fish would be available from outside the EU
