Part Italian? Empty Part Italian?

Post by jordan144 Mon Apr 21, 2014 1:22 pm

Hi, I'm 1/8th Italian i want to know if i can say i'm part Italian? Do you think it's wrong if i say i'm part Italian or wear an Italian shirt or badge?I know i am British and never say i'm pure Italian, i say i'm British with Italian or a Britallian. I know my Italian great grandparent name and their family names.

I found this website because i'm looking to move to Italy in the future hopefully. I have picked out the Region i would like to live.

Thanks  Smile

You can say whatever you like mate, If you feel part Italian then be proud and say so. I have lived here for 6 years now and even though I'm 100% English a part of me is now Italian, the part that lives in my heart.

Yes, you are part Italian, as Italy is part of your ancestry and heritage. It is always good to look at your roots and origins and it is obvious that you have an affinity with Italy. Enjoy it as it is a great heritage!  Very Happy
